3. Custom Products:
Please note that all our products are custom-built to your specifications. Once the manufacturing process begins, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns for these items. We encourage you to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
4. Refund Process:
If your return is confirmed within the specified timeframe, your refund will be processed to the same bank details used for the purchase. You can expect the refund to be completed within 48 hours of notification. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
5. Product Issues:
